92 marbled eggs, 2 sausage patties, baby cheese, hashbrown patty, and our house breakfast Aioli all on a brioche bun. (No substitutions).

BYO Breakfast Sandwich
8Comes with 2 marbled eggs, breakfast aioli, and hash brown patty either on the side or on top. Step 1: Choose your Bread (brioche bun, Texas toast, multigrain, sourdough, or buttermilk biscuit). Step 2: Choose 1 meat (ham, bacon, sausage patty, turkey sausage, or gyro meat/smoked Spam for $2 upcharge). Additional meat option $1. Step 3: Choose 1 cheese (Cheddar, Provolone, Colby, or American). Additional cheese option $0.50.
The Standard
132 eggs, 2 bacon strips, 2 sausage links, side of lantern fries or seasonal fruit and choice of bread (1 piece Texas toast, multigrain, sourdough, 1 biscuit or 1 piece of french toast for $1). (Make it all bacon for $2 more; make it a biscuit and gravy for $3).
Street Breakfast Tacos
92 flour street taco shells loaded with, melty cheese, marbled egg, sausage link, smoked spam or bacon, and breakfast aioli, served with a hashbrown patty on the side. (Additional taco $4).
Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich
9Brioche bun, ham, bacon, 2 marbled eggs, American and Cheddar cheese, hashbrown patty, and breakfast aioli. (No substitutions).
The Paul
12Sourdough, 2 marbled eggs, shaved steak, double provolone, our breakfast aioli, all grilled cheese style with a side of Lantern fries.
Oatmeal
7Honey, walnuts, and cranberries. (Made with milk). Add house peach compote $2.
